You'll have unlimited access to your online course content for 6 months from the purchase date. This lets you learn at your own pace and revisit lessons whenever you need to.

Once you've purchased your in-person course (either 1-on-1 or in a small group) through our website, our team will contact you within [insert timeframe, e.g. 24–48 hours] to coordinate and schedule the date and time of your session, working around your availability.

Due to the nature of digital content that is unlocked instantly and the reservation of spots and time slots for in-person courses and consulting, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made. Yes — when you successfully complete any of our courses, whether online or in-person, you'll receive a certificate of participation and achievement from ATB Education, validating your training and the mastery of the skills you've acquired.
